Mutton Fry || Simple and delicious Recipe

                                  Mutton Fry

 

Ingredients:


Mutton   -  250gms ( Boneless)
Onion     -   3 nos
Tomato   -   1 
Mutton masala   -   1 tspn
Home made chilli powder  -  1 tspn
Ginger garlic paste    -   1 tspn
Fennel  seeds   -  1/2 tspn (crushed coarsely)
Oil    -  2 tspn
Salt to taste


Process:


Step 1:
           In a kadai take the mutton pieces. To the mutton pieces, add  onion, tomato, mutton masala, chilli powder, ginger garlic paste oil and salt. Mix everything well.

Step 2:
           Now place the kadai in a stove and cook in low flame. Flame should be low throughout the process. Cover the kadai with the lid

Step 3:
            Stir occasionally to prevent the mutton from burning. It may take 40-45 mins to get a thick mutton fry. Add the fennel seeds when the mutton starts to become gravy and saute well.

Step 4: 
           Once the mutton fry becomes a thick gravy consistency, switch off the flame by adding some coriander leaves. 




Now serve hot. This recipe may be simple but the final outcome will be delicious.

Chili Chicken 65 Recipe

                       Chili Chicken 65 Recipe

 

Ingredients:


Chicken   -   200gm (boneless)
Corn Flour  -  3 tspn
Cumin seeds  -  1 tspn
Chili chicken 65 masala  -  1 tspn
Ginger Garlic paste        -   1 tspn
Dry red chilies  -  3 nos
Curd     -  2 tspn
Egg      -   1 
Oil
Salt to taste

Process:


Step 1: 
            To the boneless chicken pieces,  add corn flour, Chili chicken 65 masala, ginger garlic paste, egg, salt and mix well. Let it to marinate for 30 mins.

Step 2:
            Heat oil in a kadai. Once the oil gets heated, add the marinated chicken pieces one by one. Fry until they turn golden brown. Once you fried all the chicken pieces, keep them aside.

Step 3:
            Heat 1 tspn of oil in a kadai, add cumin seeds and let it to splutter. Then add the dry red chilies and saute for 10 seconds. Add the fried chicken pieces and curd and saute for 30 seconds. Then switch off the flame and serve.

Easy and Simple Chicken Fry Recipe

                             Chicken Fry Recipe


Ingredients:


Boneless chicken    -  250gms

Onion           -  3 nos finely chopped

Tomato        -  2 nos

Chilli Chicken 65 masala          -   1 tspn

Home made Chilly powder      -    3/4th tspn

Ginger garlic paste    -  1 tspn

Oil

Salt to taste

 

Process: 


Step 1:

            Take Boneless chicken in a kadai, add ginger garlic paste, chili powder, chilli chicken 65 masala, salt and oil. Mix everything well.


Step 2:

            Add curry leaves and mix well. Now switch on the stove and keep the kadai in stove. Switch the flame to low and let the chicken to cook for 30 – 40 mins.


Step 3:

            Stir the chicken occasionally and cook in low flame throughout the process.  Switch off the flame when the fry becomes dry. Add Coriander leaves and serve.




This goes well with parotta, chappathi , idly and rasam.

Chicken Kurma Recipe

                                        Chicken  Kurma Recipe

Ingredients:


Chicken    -   ½ kg
Onion        -    4 nos (make it a paste)
Tomato     -    5 nos
Ginger garlic paste   -  1 tspn
Cinnamon    -    2nos
Bay leaf        -    2 nos
Star anise     -    3 nos
Cloves           -    3nos
Coriander leaves
Curry Leaves
Oil
Water
Home made chilli powder    -   1 ½ tspn
Chilli Chicken 65 Masala       -    1 tspn
Grated coconut                       -    ½ ( make a paste of it)
Salt to taste

 

Process:


Step 1:
             In a kadai add required amout of oil. Once the oil gets heated add cinnamon, bay leaves, star anise, cloves and sauté them. After that add the onion paste to it and sauté until it turns golden brown.

Step 2:
              Add ginger garlic paste and sauté until it leaves the raw smell. Add tomatoes and sauté well. Add some curry leaves and sauté few more minutes. Add chicken to it and sauté for about 10 mins.

Step 3:
           Add home made chilli powder, salt, chilli chicken 65  masala and water to it. Cover the kadai with a lid and allow to boil for 15 mins.

Step 4:
          After 15 mins add the coconut paste to the curry and let it to boil until the kurma becomes thick. Then add coriander leaves and turn off the stove. Now Chicken Kurma  is ready to serve.
