Mutton Fry
Ingredients:
Mutton - 250gms ( Boneless)
Onion - 3 nos
Tomato - 1
Mutton masala - 1 tspn
Home made chilli powder - 1 tspn
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tspn
Fennel seeds - 1/2 tspn (crushed coarsely)
Oil - 2 tspn
Salt to taste
Process:
Step 1:
In a kadai take the mutton pieces. To the mutton pieces, add onion, tomato, mutton masala, chilli powder, ginger garlic paste oil and salt. Mix everything well.
Step 2:
Now place the kadai in a stove and cook in low flame. Flame should be low throughout the process. Cover the kadai with the lid
Step 3:
Stir occasionally to prevent the mutton from burning. It may take 40-45 mins to get a thick mutton fry. Add the fennel seeds when the mutton starts to become gravy and saute well.
Step 4:
Once the mutton fry becomes a thick gravy consistency, switch off the flame by adding some coriander leaves.
Now serve hot. This recipe may be simple but the final outcome will be delicious.
