                                      Arai Keerai Kadaiyal

Ingredients:


Arai keerai        -    1 bundle ( wash well with water)
Tomato             -     3 nos
Green Chillies  -     3 nos
Garlic                -      1 whole garlic
Dry red Chillies -     4 nos
Tamarind           -     small lemon sized
Water
Mustard seeds
Oil
Salt to taste

Process:


1. In a vessel add Tomato, green chllies, water and let them to cook 80%.



2. Add Arai keerai to vessel and let it to cook along with tomato and green chillies for 10 mins.


3. Add tamarind before switching off the stove. Don’t need to cook tamarind.


4. Transfer everything into a mud vessel by draining the water and grind them properly. ( Never use mixer to grind this)



 5. In a pan add oil, mustard, garlic, dry red chillies, sauté them and pour into the mud vessel.



 6. Add salt and grind them until they become a paste.




7. Ready to serve.
