Fish Fry

                                     Fish Fry ( Meen Varuval)

Ingredients:

 

Fish  -  10 nos ( use turmeric and salt to clean)
Sambar podi   -  2 tspn  ( If you use chilly powder add 1 tspn or 1 ½ tspn)
Chicken 65 masala  -  ½ tspn ( it adds the taste)
Water
Salt to taste
Oil
  

Process:

 

1. In a vessel add fish, sambar podi, chicken 65 masala, salt and very little amount of water. Mix them well.  Marinate everything for 20 mins.



2. In a tawa ( don’t use non-stick tawa),  add 5 tspn of oil to it. Once the oil gets heated, add the fish into it and cover with the lid.



 3. Once the fish turns into golden brown, fry the other side of the fish by covering the tawa with the lid.




4.Now the Fish is ready to serve.
