Vegeable Wheat Bonda



                                          Vegetable Wheat Bonda 


Ingredients:

Wheat Flour        -   1 cup
Onion                   -    3 nos
Cabbage              -     100 gm
Carrot                  -      1
Green Chillies     -     3 nos
Curry leaves        -    10 nos ( Cut into small pieces)
Garam Masala     -   1 tspn
Water
Oil for frying
Salt to taste


Process:


1. In a vessel, add wheat flour, onion, cabbage, carrot, green chillies, curry leaves, garam masala, salt and mix everything well



2. Add water little by little and make a thick batter. 



3. Heat oil in a kadai and make sure that the oil is not over heated.  



4. Drop the batter into the oil by taking a small portion of it. This won’t come in exact round shape, so don’t worry about the shape.


 5. Fry the bondas well until they become golden brown. 




  6. Take the Bondas from the kadai, and serve hot.  Healthy and delicious evening snack.
